Since 2016, Onebase has gained experience in insolvency situations involving OEM suppliers, starting with a steel casting supplier in the Rhône-Alpes region of France. Regardless of national differences in insolvency law, the operational measures and communication are comparable.
Upon request, we not only provide operational support during this phase, but also take care of the challenging task of communicating with customers and suppliers—in a structured, reliable, and goal-oriented manner.

ONEBASE evolved from IT networking for global brands like Siemens-VDO into a specialist in production optimization. Today, we combine this technical DNA with decades of experience in corporate stabilization using the St. Galler Model. We support manufacturing companies by closing vacancies, securing processes, and sustainably improving productivity.

ONEBASE – Operational Excellence for OEMs and Their Supply Chains
Expert & Interim Manager
For over 20 years, Onebase has provided operational consulting and hands-on implementation in the automotive industry. Our roots go back to 2000 when we worked with semantic technologies, IT networking, and complex system landscapes — capabilities that still define our analytical approach.
An early focus was on implementing OEM-related technology and trade fair concepts. Onebase organized international automotive trade fairs, tech shows, and individual vehicle exhibits for brands such as Sachs, VDO, and later Siemens VDO. In collaboration with trade fair constructors and OEM organizations, tailor-made solutions were implemented worldwide for almost all major vehicle manufacturers.
With increasing consolidation in the automotive sector, Onebase consistently shifted its focus from trade fair and presentation formats to operational support along the OEM supply chain.
Today, Onebase helps OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers with:
- quality improvement and production stabilization

- implementation and securing of standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TISAX)
